The website www.mannytoro.com acts as an information portal Manny Toro’s companies and services. As a new media mogul, Manny manages a full-service digital media firm which offers film direction and production, website and blog content, and digital marketing.
Manny holds several years of expertise in the new media space. Currently, he serves as the Director of New Media for Polo Grounds Music/J Records. He is responsible for the company’s relationships within the digital space, the mobile marketing campaign, and the production of video content and online marketing tools. He was promoted to this role in 2007.
In the past, Manny has worked for John Monopoly at Hustle Period, the lifestyle company behind notable artists such as Kanye West, Shawnna, and Stevie Williams. He served as the Hustle Period’s New Media Manager and Executive Assistant. In this position, Manny played a key role in the growth and development of the company’s emerging online products such as HustleTV. He strategically partnered with other internet brands in order to create a new online revenue stream for the company. He also worked in the publicity department for which he attended events such as the Grammy Awards in order to promote the company and its products.
Manny first grew an interest in the media space while growing up in Milwaukee, WI. There, he gained early exposure to film making and production as a high school student. This led to his part-time involvement with independent filmmakers and directors in the Chicago area where he completed undergraduate study.
Manny graduated cum laude with a BA in Fine Arts in Chicago, IL. While Manny’s principal area of undergraduate study was in management, he also took heavy coursework in media and communications. His program enforced the liberal use of the internet and emerging media in the classrooms. As such, his experience with new media spans a wide range of disciplines.
Since his move to New York City in 2006, Manny has lent his academic and professional expertise to those interested in breaking into the new media space. In the past, he has had clients in all sectors of the entertainment industry including independent singer/songwriters, dancers, and other performing artists. He is currently working on several projects, including the launch of his own lifestyle website and the development of Vangard Media Group, an affiliated digital marketing company. In addition, Manny also owns and operates Toro Autosports and Rotting Television.

Jes Cause
Jessica Voltaire a.k.a.Jes Cause, is the WEB JUGGERNAUT of the RTV Fam. Not only does she post some of the hottest things out, she also designed and maintains the site’s look and feel. Jes Cause joined RTV after in 2008. Besides working with Rotting TV, Cause works with her own web development company Locked Volt digital Media and Design as well as project manger with Vangard Media Group. Working with theses companies have let her have the opportunity to work with Nina Sky, Hurricane Chris, Nola Darling, Boxie, and Wale among others.
Besides being on her digital Hustle, Jes Cause has a serious passion for music. Working as a music director and board member at her college radio station shows that her knowledge of wide range of music is well in effect. Aims Someone
Many miles from her hometown, leaving the palm trees, worldwide acclaimed surfs spots, and Polynesian culture that lives on the words “Aloha” and “Ohana,” Aimi has looked back but never regretted a single moment. Growing up in Hawaii she witnessed the world at a distance as she was kept safe under her Hawaiian sunshine. After suffering a torn ACL in her teens, the time she spent away from the game helped her realize her love for photography, music, and fashion. In 2005, Aimi denied a soccer scholarship and move to New York City to explore her passions while studying at Pace University. In her junior year she took up an internship at Polo Grounds Music. Here at Polo Grounds she worked under Manny Toro, who took her under his wings and into the world of media. In 2010, Aimi earned a degree in Entreprenuerial Studies with a minor in Marketing and Photography.
Still focused and often caught in a daze under her dreams, Aimi is continuously working to expand her knowledge in photography, fashion, and music. Its is her dream to one day freelance as a sought after music/fashion photojournalist, own real estate around the world, start an investment program that gives financial needs to talent designers and artists, help run a successful management company….and well to simply put it…with this girl, the sky is the limit but a marker.
